Fabian Sokolowski – Of background and other vanities.
Nearly fifteen years ago, David Foster Wallace passed away unexpectedly. More than ten years after his death, the Covid 19 pandemic forces us to pause and reorder the lives we are so accustomed to. Wallace's magnum opus “Infinite Fun” invites us to make this change together.
Fabian Sokolowski, born in 1997, is currently studying at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf with Peter Piller and accompanies the exhibition Peter Piller – there are a couple of things that bother me with a reading from David Foster Wallace “infinite fun”. The reading will be accompanied by a sound installation by the artist.
