An empty space offers us no distraction; it confronts us with ourselves. With what we bring into it.
What remains when the exterior is reduced and there is nothing to orientate ourselves by or hold on to?
Is an empty space neutral, or does it become a projection screen for our inner selves, filling with what we bring with us?
The emptiness of the art gallery is an invitation to empty our minds. What remains is our body as a space that allows for a multitude of possibilities. The breath serves as a mediator between matter and spirit. In the emptiness, we can feel whether it flows calmly or holds back, whether it takes up space or adapts.
We invite you to feel that emptiness is not a deficiency, but a possibility. We breathe between inside and outside – in continuous exchange with the space.
Alex, Carla Nadja and Nicole from InBetween open and hold this special space for you. They all have their own areas of focus in their work. What unites them is their focus on people, a holistic approach and a love for connected, circular breathing, which they guide in the session. Your breath leads the way on your journey into another state of consciousness. You decide how deep this journey may go; your body and spirit are your companions as your mind empties, just like the space around you.
The session will last 2 hours. No prior knowledge is required.
As an energy exchange, we ask for a cash donation, which we will use to further the establishment of InBetween.
