BRUTALISM is a label and interdisciplinary platform exploring the relationship between electronic music and brutalist architecture. Founded over ten years ago, the project evolved from club nights into a conceptual concert and release series.
Using modern concrete architectures as production sites and venues, BRUTALISM investigates how spatial conditions influence sound. The label operates at the intersection of experimental music, club culture and site-specific artistic research, with releases and performances shaped by and dedicated to specific architectural works.
