The Kunsthalle Düsseldorf invites on Wednesday, February 2, at 5 p.m. to a guided tour with Kunsthalle Director Gregor Jansen through the exhibition “Productive Image Interference: Sigmar Polke and Artistic Perspectives Today”. The tour will be accompanied by a sign language interpreter and is aimed at deaf and hearing visitors from 16 years.
On the occasion of Sigmar Polke’s 80th birthday, the Anna Polke Foundation and the Kunsthalle Düsseldorf are realizing an exhibition project that will juxtapose works by Sigmar Polke with current artistic positions under the theme of Productive Image Interference: Kerstin Brätsch, Phoebe Collings-James, Raphael Hefti, Camille Henrot, Trevor Paglen, Seth Price, Max Schulze, Avery Singer.
