MUR BRUT 07: Tim Löhde IN GOOD COMPANY
Kunsthalle Düsseldorf parking garage, 2016

With his installation IN GOOD COMPANY, Tim Löhde will open up an acoustic space behind the wall. Visitors to the parking garage will witness various scenes that have taken place in a similar manner in one way or another. In the parking garage, in the old city center, in a club, in a rehearsal room somewhere in Düsseldorf. What they all have in common is the fact that they are musical situations that are neither private nor strictly public. Somewhere behind the orchestral arrangement of ventilation shafts, a space opens up that resists a precise definition and therefore exerts a special attraction.

Tim Löhde studies art at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf under Andreas Gursky.
Sessions: David Wirth, Fridolin Schoch, Heiko Schäfer, Tim Löhde

Kunsthalle Düsseldorf parking garage, Grabbeplatz 4, 40213 Düsseldorf
